This cake I have been really excited to do for a long time!! The dreaded extended tier.
It looks like 2 "tiers" but inside the bottom tier are 3 cakes and the top tier has 2 cakes in it.
The cake weighs around 17kgs and feeds 200 Coffee sized portions.
I decided to use my new cymbidium orchids and throw in a few sugar hibiscus I made, some bamboo and Aloha!!
